Access to "Carved Out" Dental Services
Medicaid members in Florida are able to access select "carved out" dental services and procedures that are covered by Medicaid health plans. These services include the following:
Your office may refer MCNA members to our dedicated Case Management Program to obtain assistance with access to "carved out" dental services and procedures. Our experienced Case Management Coordinators will coordinate all services with the member's Medicaid health plan. To refer a member, simply send an email message to casemanagement@mcna.net. An MCNA member may also request Case Management assistance directly from MCNA by calling our Member Hotline at 1-855-858-6262 (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday through Friday).
