Last Chance to Enroll in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program
The Iowa Medicaid Enterprise has partnered with Telligen to provide Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program and "meaningful use" assistance for Iowa dentists participating in Medicaid. The EHR Incentive Program is a CMS incentive program designed to encourage eligible professionals and eligible hospitals to adopt, implement, upgrade (AIU), and demonstrate meaningful use of certified EHR technology. Program Year 2016 is the final year in which eligible professionals, which includes dentists, can begin to participate in the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program. There are many benefits to program participation, including the following:
