Updating Medicaid Information
MCNA recommends the establishment of an annual cycle for updating your information as a provider participating in Medicaid. Making it a point to update your information each year at the same time will help to ensure that Medicaid always has your correct National Provider Identifier (NPI), Taxonomy, and ZIP + 4 on file. If your information has changed, you can easily update your registration with Florida Medicaid using the Florida Medicaid National Provider Identifier (NPI) Registration Form on the Florida Medicaid website at www.mymedicaid-florida.com. On the site, click on Provider Services at the top, and then select Enrollment Forms from the dropdown menu to access a downloadable version of the form.
