2020 Annual QAPI Evaluation Now Available

Our Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program, known as the MCNA Quality Improvement Program (QI Program), is designed to objectively and systematically monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care and to resolve identified problems using the prevailing professional standards of care. At least once annually, we complete an evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of our QAPI.

The QAPI annual evaluation results for calendar year (CY) January 1, 2020 - December 31, 2020, is now available. You can access and review this evaluation online through our Utah website or your MCNA Provider Portal account.
