Electronic Funds Transfer: A Timesaving Cash Management Tool
Electronic Funds Transfer: A Timesaving Cash Management Tool

At MCNA, we continually evaluate our services to ensure that we provide you with the best tools to help you effectively manage your practice. We are pleased to be able to offer you electronic funds transfer (EFT) as a convenient way to save time and hassle when it comes to cash management in your office.

EFTs allow MCNA to complete the payment of your claims by electronically depositing funds directly into the bank account you designate instead of sending paper checks. Whenever MCNA completes an EFT transaction into your bank account, you will receive an email confirmation as well as an electronic copy of your Remittance Advice (RA) at the email address you provide.

If your office is not currently taking advantage of EFT payment services with MCNA, we encourage you to contact us today to request a copy of our Direct Deposit Authorization Form. Once you have filled in the necessary information and signed the form, you can fax, mail, or email it back to MCNA using the contact information included.

If you have questions about EFT with MCNA or would like to request the authorization form, please call our Provider Hotline at 1-855-776-6262. We will be happy to assist you in setting the service up for your office.
