Revalidation Deadline for Texas Medicaid has Passed
The deadline for submitting provider revalidation applications for re-enrollment in the Texas Medicaid Program was September 24, 2016. The Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has accepted and is processing all revalidation applications received by that deadline. They have announced that no dis-enrollment action will be taken on providers that have successfully submitted their applications by that date and continue to respond to any application deficiencies in a timely manner. Dis-enrollment actions have begun for providers who failed to submit a revalidation application by the September deadline. These actions will be completed and a final dis-enrollment date of January 31, 2017, will be applied to any provider that failed to meet the application submission deadline. Dis-enrolled providers will not be eligible to participate as network providers in any Medicaid dental maintenance organizations (DMOs) or ...
