The American Dental Association (ADA) has released the 2016 version of the Current Dental Terminology (CDT) dental procedure code manual. Several new codes, nomenclature changes, and deleted codes are applicable to the Louisiana Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment (EPSDT) and Adult Denture dental programs. These procedure code and nomenclature changes are effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2016.
