MCNA's mission is to help our members access the quality dental care and services that they deserve. To support our access goals, we are currently conducting a direct outreach campaign to help our Iowa members who have not completed a recent dental visit get the dental care they need. Our representatives are making individual, personalized phone calls to each eligible member to discuss their benefits and offer immediate assistance scheduling a dental appointment.

Your office may receive a call from an MCNA representative making an inquiry about scheduling a dental appointment for a member. The member will also be present on the call. Our goal is to facilitate effective communication between your office and the member to help ensure the growth of a positive, ongoing patient-dentist relationship that will result in the member successfully achieving and maintaining the appropriate benefit tier level.
