Being knowledgeable about member rights and responsibilities is important because you can help our members to better understand their role in and improve their participation in treatment plans. You can find the full list of member rights and responsibilities in MCNA's Provider Manual and Member Handbook, both of which are available on our website. All providers must familiarize themselves with these rights and responsibilities and are encouraged to share them with the MCNA members they treat, as necessary. This will help to ensure that our members receive all the services that they are entitled to under Medicaid.
