Provider Satisfaction Surveys

MCNA measures network provider satisfaction with our operations on a quarterly basis. Provider Satisfaction Surveys are conducted to evaluate MCNA's training efforts and other key performance indicators. These surveys may be conducted through an online survey in our Provider Portal or through outbound call campaigns. Our Provider Relations Representatives also coordinate them into on-site visits. The goal of MCNA's Provider Satisfaction Surveys is to develop a complete analyses of provider satisfaction with the following operational aspects:

  • MCNA's response time to provider inquiries and complaints
  • MCNA communications
  • Claims payment process
  • Authorization process
  • MCNA availability and effectiveness

Our team uses the results of our provider satisfaction surveys and any state-approved, contracted independent surveys to develop and implement plan-wide activities designed to improve provider satisfaction. We strongly encourage you to make your voice heard and complete our Provider Satisfaction Survey when the opportunity presents itself.
