The Texas Association of Health Plans (TAHP) has contracted with Aperture as the Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) for Texas Medicaid and CHIP. The goal of the CVO is to ease the administrative burden for providers by consolidating information and moving the entire process to an electronic format. It will also eliminate the need for provider offices to fill out an individual application for each dental plan with which they participate.

MCNA strongly recommends that your office respond as quickly as possible to all requests from Aperture. It is very important to respond to outreach attempts within the required time frame; if you do not contact Aperture by the date indicated in their letter, you risk contract termination.
