The American Dental Association (ADA) added four new coding guides to the ADA's Coding Education webpage to aid dentists and others in the dental community and help ensure timely reimbursement. All CDT code changes will take effect on January 1, 2022.

The four guides are:

• Guide to Reporting Placement of Wound Dressing Materials
• Guide to Graft Material Collection Procedure Reporting
• Guide to Reporting Caries Preventive Medicament Application
• Guide to Understanding and Documenting Teledentistry Events
