A Note on Corrected Claims When a claim is returned for missing information (lack of information), your office has the opportunity to correct it and resubmit for processing. To ensure the proper handling of your claim when you resubmit it to MCNA, you must clearly identify it as a corrected claim. MCNA asks that once you have attached or included the information required to complete your claim, you note "Corrected Claim" in the Office Remarks field of the claim form. This note should be included whether you are submitting your claim using a paper form or an electronic form available online through MCNA's Provider Portal (http://portal.mcna.net).
