A new online resource is now available for dental and other health care providers in rural communities in response to the financial and logistic challenges that they continue to face during the ongoing pandemic. This portal also offers important behavioral health resources, including guidance to help health care workers at the frontlines of COVID-19 avoid burnout. Visit the Provider and Healthcare Workers in Ambulatory Care section to get the resources that are most applicable to dentists and dental staff.

Requesting Interpreter Services through MCNA
If a member speaks a language not spoken by your office staff, MCNA can arrange for free interpreter services, including interpretation of American Sign Language (ASL), to help ensure that dental care and treatment is presented in a member's preferred or primary language. You may request interpreter services by sending an email to interpreterservices@mcna.net. You may also contact our Provider Hotline at 1-855-776-6262 (8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Central Time, Monday through Friday).
